28 May 2006: Bulgaria Properties Ltd announced that it will sell some of its surplus land holdings in Bulgaria. Although the land assures a good return on its investment, the company has decided to off-load some of its stock to fund the prestigious Momina Valley Holiday Villageproject. Momina Valley Holiday Village becomes part of Dolna Banya's town plan

Sofia, 05 May 2006: The Bulgaria Properties Ltd site for the proposed Momina Valley Holiday Village was incorporated into the urbanisation plan of Dolna Banya. The town has already achieved fame with the commencement of construction of the major golf course next to the holiday village site. Due for completion in phases during 2008-09, the Momina Valley Holiday Village is hoped to be considered the finest, most comprehensive and most prestigious holiday resort in Bulgaria. Investors can either buy apartments or invest directly in the 20m-Euro project for a cash return.

Momina Valley Holiday Village progresses at Dolna Banya

The Bulgaria Properties Ltd site for the proposed Momina Valley Holiday Village has just passed the local government committee's first stage in the urbanisation process. The second stage will be to incorporate the site into the town plan, expected soon. Dolna Banya has already achieved fame with the announcement of the construction of the major golf course next to the holiday village site.

Mountain bike trail park at Dolna Banya

The Bulgaria Properties Ltd project Momina Valley Holiday Village will have its own mountain bike trail park, courtesy of the local council, which has granted the company the right to develop the 3-acre area next to the village complex for the purpose.
